Outings
Kindly arrive at the meeting place before the designated departure time. When carpooling, please share expenses with your driver. Participants are responsible for your own lunch, refreshments and binoculars. Dress appropriately for the weather. In the event of inclement weather, please contact the leader to check the status of the outing. Non-members are always welcome.

| Friday April 30 and Saturday May 1, 2010 | Altberg Trail Cleanup | Starts at 9:00 am. We have raking to do, some chain saw work, build some foot paths with the wood slabs. Some fence work and hopefully some gravel to spread and also the new trail marking system if all goes well. Bring a lunch, some water, gloves and enjoy the spring in the woods.

| Saturday May 8 and Sunday May 9, 2010 | Volunteer for Nature weekend at the Altberg | We will be hosting our annual amphibian and reptile outing at Altberg Wildlife Sanctuary this spring. We will be camping at Fenelon Valley Trailer Park. Joe Cebek from Trent University will participate once again this year as our herp expert. Members of the Kawartha Field Naturalists are welcome.
